Centrally located in the heart of Waycross in the historic downtown district.
  • 125 Square Foot plus Office Space
  • Starting at $250.00 per month first and last month due at signing of lease
  • Water, power, cleaning, use of break room and community meeting room (once per month at no charge) included in monthly fee. DWDA office is responsible for reservations.
  • Term of lease is one year with the option to renew annually. A thirty day written notice will be required to vacate.
  • Rent is due on the 1st of every month. A 10% late fee will be required after the 5th of the month. There is a $30.00 returned check fee in the event of an NSF. After two returned checks, payment will only be made with cash or money order.
  • Phone service including running of line(s) to the building as well as line(s) from the Bell South Box to the office along with the equipment will be the responsibility of the tenant. This applies to fax and computer lines as well. Conduit is provided.
  • Tenant will have use of the break room on the second floor, which includes use of refrigerator, microwave and water cooler. Each tenant is responsible for cleaning the break room after individual use.
